研究方向:

(1)细胞成像、超高分辨显微成像技术、非线性光学成像技术: 激光扫描共聚焦荧光显微成像、超高分辨荧光成像(包括受激发射损耗显微镜STED,随机光学重构显微镜STORM);非线性成像:二次谐波(SHG)成像技术;超快光谱:皮秒和频振动光谱(ps-SFG)及飞秒和频振动光谱(fs-SFG)。采用先进成像及光谱技术研究生物表界面的结构与动力学、细胞精细结构及动态调整机制。

(2)细胞膜修饰及改造工程:针对或基于细胞膜的生物纳米材料,制备及其生物医学应用(抗癌、抗菌、成像、生物检测等),基于细胞自噬、癌细胞耐药性、肿瘤免疫疗法等思路寻找生物材料或生物分子的抗癌新应用。
