个人简介: 1995年9月-1999年月 本科,生物化学专业,南京大学; 1999年9月-2004年7月 硕博连读,分子生物学与生物化学专业,南京大学; 2004年7月-2008年8月 博士后,神经生物学,美国麻州大学医学院; 2008年8月-现在 教授,东南大学生命科学研究院。 研究方向:孤独症致病机制研究 儿童孤独症谱系障碍是一种常见的神经发育障碍性疾病,其发病率约1%。孤独症的核心临床症状包括社会交往障碍和重复呆板的动作,不同的孤独症患者还伴随如智力障碍、癫痫、睡眠障碍等临床症状。目前人们对于儿童孤独症的致病机制尚不完全清楚。本实验室以果蝇和小鼠为模式动物,运用生物化学与分子生物学、细胞生物学、遗传学、神经生物学、电生理学及行为学解析孤独症关键致病基因的分子功能及孤独症的致病机制。 近期代表性论文:(* 通讯作者; # 第一作者)
