研究方向:表观遗传调控与疾病的发生发展


    越来越多的研究表明表观遗传调控异常与多种发育缺陷以及疾病之间息息相关,因而长期以来受到广泛的关注。基因组印记是指父源和母源的等位基因因表观遗传上的差异而造成的差异性表达。印记基因参与了众多关键的信号通路,调节细胞的增殖分化以及干细胞的全能性,在发育和疾病发生发展过程中起到重要的作用。由于其单基因表达的特点,印记基因表达水平更加容易受到遗传,表观遗传以及环境波动的影响,从而造成各种先天性疾病以及癌症。本实验室主要在多种疾病与发育模型中来探索印记基因的表达调控。这将为我们提供一个很好的模型来研究表观遗传修饰与转录因子介导的基因转录调控之间的相关性和因果性,也将为我们在疾病与发育异常中矫正基因表达缺陷做铺垫工作。
