个人简介:

2004-2008安徽农业大学生物科学学士,2009-2012特种经济动物学硕士,2012-2015西北工业大学和中科院分子植物科学卓越创新中心航空宇航科学与生物技术博士,2015-2022在美国加州大学河滨分校昆虫系担任博士后研究员和项目科学家。2022年受聘为东南大学生命科学与技术学院教授。

 

研究方向:害虫发育、生殖和行为的分子调控

蚊子传播多种危险性疾病对人类构成巨大威胁。昆虫在生命的各阶段表现出形态重组和行为改变,以适应特定阶段的发育功能和环境变化。成年雌性蚊虫进化出的吸血繁殖策略,不仅加大了种群的扩散能力,使之成为全球性的入侵物种;也是叮咬人类、获取和传播病原体的根本原因和渠道。本实验室以基因组编辑技术为基础,整合microRNA调控、信号通路交联、激素互作、组织通讯、体内蛋白质精准定位和生物组学大数据的交叉研究方法,解析害虫防控的分子靶标和调控网络。
