个人简介: 1983年毕业于南京铁道医学院医学系获学士学位并留校任教,1999年毕业于南京师范大学生物系获理学博士学位。2001年任教授,主持国家自然基金4项。曾获省部级科技进步二、三、四等奖各1项。被评为铁道部科技拔尖人才、江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师。多年来,承担《医学免疫学》、《医学微生物学》、《免疫学基础与技术》、《分子生物学》、《病毒学》等专业基础课和专业课的教学,主编和副主编教材3部。2001年赴德国ULM大学高级访问学者。2003年获准建设“发育与疾病相关基因”教育部重点实验室,任副主任;2000年4月至2009年11月任东南大学基础医学院副院长,2009年12月起任东南大学医学院副院长。 研究方向:MHC与肿瘤及神经发育 主要组织相容性复合体(major histocompatibility complex, MHC),是脊推动物某一染色体上(人为6号,小鼠为17号)编码主要组织相容性抗原,控制细胞间相互识别,调节免疫应答的一组紧密连锁基因群。人类MHC又称HLA,小鼠MHC又称H-2。HLA基因位于6p21.3,全长约3600Kb,是免疫功能相关基因最集中、基因密度最高、多态性最丰富、与疾病关联最密切的一个区域。MHC 基因编码的分子是免疫细胞发育、免疫突触的形成、控制T细胞以及NK细胞介导免疫应答的关键分子。但是MHC生物学功能远未阐明。本实验室的研究兴趣是充分利用人类基因组计划的成果,通过整合肿瘤学、遗传学、免疫学、计算生物学等不同学科,发挥我校多学科交叉的优势,探讨MHC家族分子在肿瘤发生与发展中的作用,在神经系统发育中的功能及其机制。 主要研究内容: 消化道肿瘤HLA表达异常的分子机制研究 乙型肝炎病毒遗传易感性研究 MHC在CNS发育过程中功能及作用机制的研究 用于肿瘤诊治的基因工程抗体及肿瘤标志物的研究
