研究内容:长期致力于内耳毛细胞和神经元的再生和保护以及神经干细胞和内耳干细胞的转录调控机制的研究。主要研究内容包括:1.系统的研究了多种信号通路对于内耳干细胞和神经干细胞增殖和分化的转录调控机制;2.结合多基因协同调控,生物材料和电刺激,磁刺激等物理调控因素有效促进神经元和毛细胞的再生和听觉功能的部分重建;3通过调控免疫系统,自噬,线粒体功能和氧化应激有效的保护了噪音和药物导致的毛细胞损伤和听力损失。
