个人简介:

2009年本科毕业于四川大学(生物学基地班),2014年在北京协和医学院(清华大学医学部)获得博士学位,2014-2017年在重庆医科大学附属第二医院从事研究工作,2017-2021年在美国德克萨斯大学西南医学中心进行博士后研究,2022年入职东南大学,聘为东南大学青年首席教授,并入选国家级青年人才计划。


研究方向:心血管疾病发病机制

心血管疾病是人类健康的“第一杀手”, 严重影响着人们的生活质量并威胁人类生命健康,且发病率逐年增加。目前关于心血管疾病的发病机制尚不完全清楚,本课题组聚焦心血管疾病的发病机制,围绕引起心肌肥厚和心肌损伤的信号通路和下游转录因子,以及心血管疾病中线粒体功能失常的分子机制,以小鼠为模式动物,运用生物化学与分子生物学、细胞生物学、生物信息学等方法深入探究影响心血管功能的关键因素,筛选出药物治疗靶点以及其它治疗或预防策略,为心血管疾病的精准诊治提供了新思路。
