个人简介:
2012年和2018年于中山大学生命科学学院获得学士和博士学位,2018-2021年于中山大学生命科学学院进行博士后研究。2021年加入东南大学生命科学与技术学院,任讲师,硕士生导师。共发表SCI论文20余篇,其中以第一或通讯作者发表在高水平期刊如Cell death and differentiation、 Genome Biology、Journal of Hematology & Oncology 、Clinical and Translational Medicine上。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年基金、中国博士后面上项目(一等资助),入选江苏省“双创博士”和东南大学“至善学者”人才计划。
研究方向:表观遗传及转录调控在细胞命运决定中的功能机制
1. 表观遗传及转录调控介导细胞命运决定的功能机制
基因表达的改变是细胞命运决定及个体命运决定最关键的途径。特定基因座位的表观遗传改变,进而介导的转录差异是细胞命运决定的核心。我们致力于探究基因座位表观遗传的改变(如结构性改变(G4/R-loop),修饰性改变等(组蛋白修饰等))与基因转录的关系,并在发育(如心脏发育)及疾病(如癌症)模型中探究其对细胞命运决定的调控作用。
2. 转录调控在疾病中的功能机制及靶向治疗
癌基因,抑癌基因等的转录调控异常往往直接介导的癌症产生。我们聚焦于癌症相关基因的转录调控,寻找癌症发生发展的重要调控因子,揭示其细胞功能,如不同细胞死亡调控的切换等。并以此为基础开发潜在的靶向治疗策略。
